Thyroglobulin antibodies (Tg antibodies) are immune proteins directed against thyroglobulin, a protein the thyroid produces. Like TPO antibodies, they are an immune marker associated with autoimmune thyroid conditions, and they are sometimes measured alongside TPO antibodies.
