Before you go
Do I need to fast?
Some tests require fasting (typically 9–12 hours), such as lipid panels and glucose. Each product page lists fasting requirements, and your confirmation email includes prep instructions.
What should I bring to the lab?
A photo ID and your requisition (we email it and store it in your account). No payment is needed at the lab — you've already paid online.
Can I order for a family member?
Each person needs their own order under their own details so results are attributed correctly. You can create separate orders at checkout.
How are results delivered?
Securely to your Celio Health account, with email notification when they're ready.
