We collect the information you provide when you create an account or place an order — your name, email, date of birth, and the tests you order. We also collect lab results returned by our partner laboratories and limited technical data (such as device and usage information) to operate the site.
We use your information to process orders, generate physician requisitions, deliver and explain your results, provide customer support, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal or health information.
Celio Health handles PHI in accordance with HIPAA. Your health information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to personnel and partners who need it to fulfill your order. See our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices for details on your rights.
We share information only as needed to deliver services — for example, with the ordering physician network and the reference laboratory performing your test, and with payment processors to complete your purchase. We may disclose information where required by law.
You can access and update your account details, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@celiohealth.com.
