Celio Health (“Celio”) is a trade name of New Century Labs, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company doing business as Celio Health (“New Century Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Celio is not a separate legal entity.
This Privacy Policy explains how New Century Labs collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through Celio websites, accounts, checkout, laboratory-ordering workflows, results access, customer support, and related consumer services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy applies to personal information we process in connection with the Celio Services. It does not replace the privacy notices of independent clinicians, laboratories, specimen-collection providers, pharmacies, or other healthcare providers that may receive information in connection with your order.
Some information may also be subject to health-privacy laws, including HIPAA, depending on the role in which New Century Labs or another entity handles the information. HIPAA does not apply to every piece of health-related information or every organization that handles it. When another legally required health-privacy notice applies, that notice governs the information within its scope.

We do not sell personal information or consumer health data for money. We do not permit independent clinicians, laboratories, or service providers to use information received from Celio for their own unrelated marketing merely because they received it through our Services.
Celio may use cookies, server logs, and similar technologies needed for account sessions, security, site functionality, performance measurement, and analytics.
Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect features that require authentication or session continuity.
Before production publication of this Policy, New Century Labs will maintain an inventory of active analytics, advertising, and cookie technologies so that this section and any legally required privacy choices accurately match the live site.
We may send communications necessary to provide or secure the Services, including order confirmations, receipts, requisition and collection information, status notices, results-availability notices, and account or security messages.
We may send marketing email where permitted by law. Marketing email will include an available unsubscribe mechanism. Opting out of marketing does not stop transaction-related or service-related communications.
We will not treat purchase of a Celio service as consent to receive marketing text messages or automated marketing calls. If we offer SMS or similar marketing in the future, we will obtain any separate consent required by law.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide Services, maintain transaction and acceptance records, comply with healthcare or laboratory workflows, satisfy legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and protect against fraud or security threats.
Retention periods vary by data type and legal context. When information is no longer reasonably necessary and no legal or operational reason requires retention, we may delete, de-identify, or aggregate it.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information appropriate to the nature of the information and our Services. These measures may include encryption, access controls, authentication, logging, restricted administrative access, and security monitoring.
No method of transmission, storage, or security is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live and the information involved, you may have rights to request access to or a copy of personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, information about our processing or disclosures, restriction or withdrawal of certain consent, or an appeal if a privacy request is denied.
You may also unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe link in the message.
To submit a privacy request, email customerservice@celiohealth.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act if and to the extent that law applies to New Century Labs and the information at issue. Certain medical or health information may be exempt from some CCPA requirements. Where the CCPA applies, rights may include access, correction, deletion, opt-out of sale or sharing, and limits on certain uses of sensitive personal information.
Health-related information can be subject to state consumer-health-data laws even when HIPAA does not apply. Our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describes the categories of consumer health data we collect, sources, purposes, disclosures, and applicable rights under laws such as Washington’s My Health My Data Act and similar laws.
New Century Labs does not sell consumer health data.
Celio is designed for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order unless we expressly offer a legally permitted minor workflow.
We do not knowingly use the Celio consumer checkout to collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Celio may link to or interact with websites, portals, laboratories, clinicians, collection sites, and other third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices and legal obligations. This Policy does not control information a third party collects independently from you outside the Celio Services.
We may update this Policy as our Services, data practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version with a new effective or last-updated date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
Acceptance records associated with prior transactions will continue to identify the legal-document versions presented at the time of acceptance.
