You must be at least 18 years old to order. Certain tests may be restricted in specific states due to local regulations.
When you place an order, an independent physician reviews and, where appropriate, authorizes a laboratory requisition. Authorization is at the physician's discretion.
Prices are shown at checkout and charged at the time of purchase via our payment processor. Because lab orders are processed promptly, refunds are limited; contact support@celiohealth.com before visiting a lab if you need to cancel.
Samples are collected at independent patient service centers. Turnaround times are estimates. Results are delivered to your account and are your responsibility to review.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celio Health is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
